V-line system by EVTNEVTN Transitions into Industrial Wastewater; Announces Order from Utility Company

August 08, 2018, Enviro Technology, Inc. (OTC: EVTN) announced today that it has begun transitioning its sales and marketing activities to markets outside of oil and gas, which includes, but is not limited to industrial wastewater, sewage and mining. Additionally, EVTN announced that it is in the process of completing an estimated two million dollar order from a $20 billion utility company for a wastewater system that will require multiple Voraxial Separator units. The wastewater system will be used to separate oil and solids from water prior to the water being discharged into the environment.

The Voraxial System will be used to process and separate oil and solids from a flow of about 120 gallons per minute. The System will include different technologies with the heart of the system being comprised of 2 Voraxial 2000 Separators working in parallel with a 3rd Voraxial being utilized to further dewater the reject lines from the System. more 

 

Schlumberger makes deal EVTN Completes Purchase Agreement With Schlumberger

June 12, 2017, Enviro Technology, Inc. (OTC: EVTN) announced todayannounced today that it has completed a comprehensive agreement with Schlumberger, the world's leading provider of technology for reservoir characterization, drilling, production, and processing to the oil and gas industry. The agreement was overwhelmingly approved with over 99% of the votes at the EVTN shareholder meeting on May 31, 2017.


Under the terms of the agreement EVTN sold its intellectual property, substantially consisting of its Voraxial Separator patents and trademarks to Schlumberger in consideration of up to $4,000,000, of which $3,000,000 was paid at closing and $1,000,000 payable upon the completion of the transfer of certain assets and services to Schlumberger, which is estimated to be approximately 12 months from the closing date. In addition, EVTN received a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the underlying patents to market, manufacture and sell the Voraxial Separator for all industries outside of the oil-and-gas market. Further, EVTN entered into a supply agreement for certain manufacturing rights. more

December 15, 2015 Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that the Company recently shipped its high volume Voraxial® 4000 Separator. The Voraxial will be installed at a salt water disposal facility to purify the wastewater generated during oil and gas production. The equipment will be used for 3-way separation of oil/sand/water. 


The Voraxial 4000 Separator System, a multi-step, turnkey process that is capable of cleaning the water to approved discharge limits at rates up to 500 gallons per minute (GPM), will be primarily used to separate both oil and solids from produced water, frac, flowback water. Operators and disposal facilities are seeking advanced technologies to reduce the cost and increase the separation efficiency of treating the wastewater produced during oil and gas production. EVTN believes that the Voraxial® technology can provide valuable performance solutions that may assist the industry in more efficiently meeting some of the challenges resulting from its rapid growth and success. 

EVTN manufactures 4 different models with its largest model, the Voraxial 8000 Separator, capable of processing up to 5,000 gallons per minute. Customers with high water volume are keenly interested in this model as it significantly reduces the overall cost of processing their fluid stream, including acquisition, installation and operating costs.

EVTN Announces Voraxial® Shipment for Oil Spill Response

May 28, 2015 Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that it has recently shipped a Voraxial 4000 Separator to a leading and highly recognized oil spill recovery organization. 


The order comes after multiple tests that confirmed the performance ability of the Voraxial Separator to efficiently separate oil from water. The tests were centered on the inlet oil concentration rates fluctuating from 5% to 20%. Other projects have also demonstrated efficient separation at lower and higher oil concentrations. 

This order represents another important step toward the introduction of Voraxial enabled, next generation oil spill response and recovery vessels that can effectively contain and recover larger volumes of oil from major spills. March 26, 2015. Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: EVTN) announced today that it has recently shipped a Voraxial 4000 Separator for a produced water / wastewater treatment project. The Voraxial® Separator will be installed for onshore wastewater treatment that includes produced water, slop oil and runoff water from various locations. EVTN believes there is a high potential for multiple repeat orders over the next several years.

The Voraxial® 4000 Separator, processing up to 500 gallons per minute or 17,000 barrels per day, will be installed to treat and separate both solids and oil from the produced water. Operators and disposal facilities are seeking advanced technologies to reduce the cost and increase the separation efficiency of treating various wastewater streams typical in oil and gas exploration and production. Since the Voraxial® doesn't require a pressure drop, it can be easily retrofitted into an existing system.

The characteristics of the Voraxial® Separator, including small footprint, low energy requirements, high separation efficiencies and ease of installation and operation, provides the operators an efficient and cost-effective solution to treat their produced water. Mr. Veldman brings to EVTN over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international oil and gas industry, which includes a specific focus on business unit management, product line management, R&D and tech services, sales and engineering. Mr. Veldman has extensive knowledge in pumping services, chemical manufacturing, produced water management, oil and gas production, gas processing and oil refining

Recently, Mr. Veldman has been employed in senior management positions in business and product development at oil field chemicals manufacturing and upstream service companies. Mr. Veldman has a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas. more

June 8, 2014 Enviro Voraxial Technology announced today that it received a repeat purchase order for its high volume Voraxial® 4000 Separator. The Voraxial® Separator, which was recently shipped, will be used at a production facility to separate oil/water/solids from produced water.
